When I was looking to switch careers, I received some excellent advice: Pay attention to what you are doing when no one is watching. I quickly noticed how most of my day is dedicated to health and wellness.
I like to wake up early and have some coffee while I write in my journal. I do strength training 3 days a week, cardio three days a week, and yoga at least once. Every day I like to walk with our dogs. I practice evening meditation daily. I love to cook fresh, whole foods. I read books and listen to podcasts about health and wellness. For me, health coaching is not just what I do; it is a way of life.
