PAM’S APPROACH TO INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION HEALTH COACHING

My top three goals upon starting the coaching program were:

Pam Ames Coke began the process by interviewing me in order to establish my health goals. Her client-based approach helped me to articulate some of the changes that I was hoping to work towards.

Pam is a focused and creative health coach! She listens to her clients until she understands what we need! She then walks us through potential resources and barriers to meeting our goals and tailors individual strategies that will help us meet and exceed our goals!

RESULTS FROM COMPLETING THE PROGRAM

The biggest tangible change I’ve noticed since beginning the program is that I have more energy. I look forward to doing some of the types of exercises that I was avoiding before entering the program. Overall, I am more hopeful that I can make and accomplish health goals that are specifically tailored to my long term and short-term needs!

There are several changes that I have noticed:

1. I drink much more water on a daily basis.

2. I try to arrange my meal around the principle of the rainbow.

3. I make and set health goals that are achievable and stack these with healthy habits such as playing music as a reward for exercising!

WHO SHOULD WORK WITH PAM?

I would recommend Pam to anyone that has health issues that they would like to address. This could range from working towards better nutrition to training for an Iron Man event! If you would like to make a change to some aspect of your overall health situation, Pam would be a great asset to have on your team!

I was lucky enough to work with Pam through a 12-week program. From our first meeting until our last, I always felt that Pam was putting my needs and lifestyle front and center. She is the type of coach that will guide you in a positive direction that works with your personal situation. She is not the type of coach that has a pre-set agenda and then tries to make you “fit” into it! After working with Pam, I learned not just a set of goals and habits, but, more importantly, how to articulate goals for myself and work towards achieving them in a proficient manner.
